What the service stores.
NodeDistro VPN keeps the records required to run accounts, billing, devices, and tunnels. It does not keep a browsing history.
Account records include your name, email, password hash, and optional authenticator secret. Billing records include the plan and the payment events that change it. Device records include a name, a public key, and the VPN address assigned to that device. Session records include when a device connected and which server it used.
The service does not store the sites you visit, DNS names from your browsing, or the contents of tunneled traffic. Connection metadata for operating the network is not the same thing as a browsing log.
This is not a zero-log or anonymous service. Support can see the account and the session that failed. Support cannot look up a page you opened.
Email support@vpn.nodedistro.com to ask for a copy of the account data or to close the account.
